The Property:
On the large yard that features mature professional landscaping, olive, pomegranate and lemon trees, and wild Rosemary, sits the Villa, a large swimming pool, and a small guest house. There is a large deck facing the lake with dining and seating areas. Three of the bedrooms have doors that open onto an upper deck with a superb view of the lake. There is a small office space with desk and printer, an eat-in kitchen and separate dining room for ten, and three living room spaces. The property sleeps up to nine guests in the main Villa and up to four in the simple but fully functional guest house (one queen bed and one double sofabed). The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and there are three other full bathrooms, with a half-bath on the living floor. The main living level features marble and onyx floors throughout. On the lower level, the Villa has a small gym with a full bath, and an indoor Turkish spa pool with a separate steam room and shower. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and a Ping-Pong table in the basement. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a high chair and baby cups, bowls and plastic wear.
